About The Project
The best changes in life often start small, with a single idea or a shift in perspective. I wanted a place to gather those ideas - a personal space where I could keep the tools that make life a little easier, more meaningful, and joyful. What began as a simple notebook in Obsidian has now grown into the Better Self Toolbox - a project built to share these sparks of wisdom with anyone who might find them helpful.
Imagine a collection of tools that feels less like a heavy instruction manual and more like a box of life’s “cheat codes.” That’s what you’ll find here. Each tool is designed to give you just the right amount of insight - enough to understand it, try it, and see its impact right away. And if something clicks with you, you can always dive deeper elsewhere.
The Better Self Toolbox is a living project, and I’d love for you to be part of its growth. Whether you have a favorite tool to share, a suggestion to improve what’s here, or an idea for something new, I’d be thrilled to hear from you on GitHub or by email.
My hope is that this becomes a place you return to whenever you want to make life a little better.
About The Author
I’m Konrad - a programmer by trade and a curious explorer of psychology, philosophy, and self-growth in my free time. I live in Poland, where I work as a Senior Frontend Developer and lead a development team.
My interest in personal growth began after reading Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl - a book that completely changed the way I see life and purpose. It opened my eyes to how a single idea can reshape the way we live.
I love creating useful things and sharing them, which is why I open-source many of my projects. Better Self Toolbox is simply the next step - a place where I combine my passion for personal growth with my love for creating useful things.
